excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!

The staff are great and certainly went out of their job to help us. Chio hotel make our stayed enjoyable and memorable experience. They invited me to take the lunch with out fee with them, some of the local Vietnamese food really nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient. I will come back soon!

This hotel was a great place to stay after flying in from another country. I was promptly picked up from the airport, which was very convenient. The overall communication with the hotel was terrific. The hotel is clean and comfortable. General manager Mr. Tommy was super helpful during my stay.
