Everything about the hotel was perfect, location,staff, breakfast... The staff was extremely kind, we booked for 3 nights but we decided to go to a halong bay tour and spend a night at the boat, they accepted to change our reservation so we didn't need to pay for an extra night. They didn't have to do this, but they did anyway, and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel while we were at the boat. I would definitely stay at this hotel at our next arrival

Everything! Walk into the gates of the hotel and you will feel s change in the atmosphere: temperature drops, bags are less heavy, and the kindest smiles start appearing everywhere. The crew of the hotel is very kind and accommodating. We made a few requests due to the late flights taking us in and out of Vietnam and Plum and her team did everything possible to make them happen. While leaving, we forgot an item at the lobby and they even went out of their way to send it to us later on. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. The general vibe and decorations make you feel like you are in Europe and you forget all about the street noise and the high humidity of Hanoi. We will definitely be going back every time we are in town. This place is a must!
