Rooms are a good size, all seems to have a balcony of sorts (possibly not the apartment on the top). Beds are comfy, AC units brand new and work well as did the bathrooms. The pool on the roof is small but very pleasant with some shade and sunny bits. The price was amazing and it's a 10 min walk from the beach. Sure there are closer places but not with a pool!

Great host, very clean and spacious room.
The location is good, it’s 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. Plenty of great restaurants near by.
The most important, the host was so supportive and positive person. He helped me to book a ticket for the speed boat to Ho Ch Minh and even drove me to the port. Highly appreciated :))
