The staff were so lovely and helpful. Always went out of their way to help us. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee the best in Uzbekistan. Having the pool was a bonus. We liked it so much we booked to stay there on our return to Tashkent before we fly out.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was top class- spotlessly clean, with beautiful modern room/bathroom decor. Very good breakfast. But most of all staff were very kind and hospitable, helped me to get a taxi to train station and answered any questions I had. They also offered me breakfast when I arrived before check in was open. I really appreciated it after a long distance flight.
I would happily stay there again.

The stay was satisfactory, albeit brief. The receptionists, Yasmina and Abror, were cordial and welcoming. I utilized the spa facilities and received a wellness massage, which was expertly administered and provided much-needed relaxation after a strenuous day. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of items, and the hotel's location is highly convenient. I intend to return for future stays.
