Excellent location. Tasteful decor. No breakfast available, though the coffee making facilities and fresh oranges for juicing very nice. Tasteful sitting area, which would be enhanced if guests could control the air-con in that area - one day it was too cold to sit in there.

The bed is perfection! Sheets and towels are lovely! The couch was cozy too. The manager Brian was incredibly nice and helpful. The Inn host (can’t recall name) greeted us at check inn and was also very nice and gave us good info around what would be open. (We went off season in the winter) Location is 100%

The staff was awesome! Super friendly, helpful, kind, patient, just super people! The beach tags and chairs were so very helpful. Having someone take these items to the beach for us was wonderful. I was traveling with my mother in law and she has bad knees so the help with chairs/umbrellas was super helpful. The shuttle - awesome touch! Very nice! The young guy that drove us during the day, super super super a HUGE shout out to him! Soooooo kind, patient and helpful. The pool and all facilities were just wonderful! Everyone was very kind, ALL of the staff, just super. Thank you so much! We WILL be back! :)

Excellent breakfast. The owners made accommodations for my gluten/dairy/meat free diet, and the food was still great! The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Bathroom was small but well stocked. Complimentary Wine and cheese and cookies and lemonade on the two days we were there. Coffee was ready at 6am so I could grab a little before my morning run on the boardwalk. The Inn was only about a block from the boardwalk. The Washington street mall was a shirt walk away.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The updated and comfortable room exceeded our expectations. The price was below many other hotels in the area and was a great value considering the nice room and proximity to the beach-directly across the street! Loved that chairs, umbrella AND set up were included in the price. The only negative was that is was a longer walk to Washington Street Mall then we would have preferred BUT the hotel provided shuttle service so that wasn’t even a real problem. We would definitely stay here again! We have told many people how nice our stay was here.

The room was exceptionally comfortable. Extras like free bike use, pour over coffee in the room, more coffee in reception and happy hour with local brews and wine were nice touches. Most importantly Chet was a terrific host with spot on tips for dinner and cocktails.

Love the room setup, love the luxury jacuzzi. A lot of tips to follow to operate the jacuzzi but you know the host provided the best and want the guests to maintain as your own.
