The manger Jesse was really understanding and respectful and listens to me when I first arrive there was some issues.he took the time out and made things better I felt safe at night and felt like they really did care about our stay.out of all the hotels in Vallejo if ur a normal person this is the best place family setting no illegal activities loudly speaking people all night I will recommend coming here

staff was super friendly and rooms were really nice. It was super convenient that they had a snack area that was not a vending machine and we were able to just charge it to the room. My son enjoyed that there was a Dutch Bros we were able to walk to that was in the same parking lot.
I really loved the used bedding and footprints on the ceiling, idk how that even happens but whoever it was has got talent! The gold star was the security having beers walking around and working on peoples cars in the parking lot. Very comforting! Top flight security of the world!
For this trip, our budget was limited so in the area this was the only place we could afford. Our room was clean, we only found a cockroach one night but that can happen in a street-level room. So nothing to be scared of. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and everything worked (shower, microwave, fridge). Obviously, if you are sensitive and easily conditioned it is a place that is not for you. Homeless in the area, strange people in the parking lot and outside the rooms but we slept well.
We had a motor home and they allowed us to park close to office for security. We paid to stay in parking lot while we visited the six flags discovery Kingdom. It was very convenient!
Great location, but totally run down area, Parking lot has random people hanging out and there are a parked cars that look like they broke down and have been there a while. The entrance was discussing. Also no ice machine and the breakfast area is dirty! Before leaving we discovered a bunch of burnt sausages in a pan. Unbelievable!
The staff was friendly. The location to six flags was a 10 minute walk. (Almost the same walk as the six flags parking lot.) There was a Dennys next door. Domino's around the corner. Target and safeway just a two minute drive. I also felt the maids did a good job in our room. We left a tip!
I didn't see one roach or bugs in our room. In that area I expect to see them. Good job!
I didn't like any part of it. When I arrived to check in my room the guy at the front desk said they had no rooms. Whatever. Why the fu*k did I book a room and paid for it. I ended up staying in my truck with my girl in the hotel parking lot.
