I did not like nothing. Front desk staff are owners very unprofessional. Terrible facility. It should be shut down by authority. It's a combination of hotel and homeless shelter. Heavy drug use in parking lot and homeless people walking around this location, like if they are waiting for someone to deliver .
Nothing. So dangerous in parking lot with drug deals and scary indigents encircling my Uhaul truck, we were not feeling safe enough to even enter the room … we had to leave immediately as we felt in danger. Called to demand refund and were denied both by booking.com as well as front desk person.
Bobbie the head of house keeping was very ontop of things. Not only keeping the staff in line and ontop of getting rooms clean and done. But I personally saw her out cleaning the parking lot of debris and trash on several occasions. Tatiana at the front desk was polite and courteous during any of my interactions with her.
It took two different moves to find a room where the air conditioner worked. There was no coffee maker had to go to the front desk to get the coffee maker took it back to my room and it was broken also. The homeless problem outside made me nervous about leaving my vehicle parked in the parking lot nothing happened fortunately.
This hotel room was spotless. I felt incredibly safe and at ease while staying. The hotel sign was very easy to spot from the highway. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe making trips to the car alone late at night. The color palette of our room was serene, and the artwork was so elegantly curated, it was as if each piece was an original.
Absolutely the worst room I have ever stayed in.
No light bulb over the sink. No light fixture in room with shower and toilet. Smoke detector was removed from the room. I reported to desk person. The only remedy was a small flashlight.
