customer service was excellent, Especially after my taxi to the train station didn’t turn up cutting my New York trip in half. They were very understanding and got hold of them as I couldn’t reach them from my phone. Again, booking the airport taxi for me, I did ask for it not to be with that other taxi company which they wholeheartedly understood. And they even phoned them up at 11pm to remind them so I wouldn’t have a repeat from the other day. I think the receptionist in question who was helping me was Alejandra.
