The hotel is adequate - for the price you get exactly what you pay for - the personnel make it much better than it actually is - they are very friendly and very helpful. I needed a place to stay to get to the Mexican border easily and it is close to many malls, which was also important in my case. It is right off the freeway so that was very helpful, though then you also have that noise. There are really no negatives and as I say, the staff really care about their work so that offset the fact that it's a small motel in the middle of an highly trafficked neighborhood. For what I needed it was perfect, though I would pay more next time for a little more tranquility. Thank you very muh,
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Stephanie went over and beyond to help us. We came for a bike ride weekend. She helped us with suggestions of where to ride. I was rear-ended and my vehicle was not securable. We were allowed to keep our vehicle in their parking lot so we could ride even after we checked out.
This is really a motel - slightly older property but well kept and clean. Compared to the other available rooms in the area for the same price, this had a nice setting on a golf course. Slight up charge for a room with a view but nice and relaxing. Nice pool and spa pool, free parking. Newer bedding and mattress, good tall shower and tub, plenty of room to move around in the room - one of the advantages of an older property sometimes. Room also had a small refrigerator which is nice.
Overall good sized room. It was clean (besides a stain on one of the bed skirts (not the part you sleep on) which is probably the most important aspect to me when staying in a hotel.
Great breakfast, decent sized dining area.
Parking is tight but it seemed like there was enough, plus there is some overflow if needed.
Front desk lady was really nice
