Building looked well clean & maintained. The shower was good and bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet with use of a balcony.

The location and views from the property are wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea was wonderful, so much we stayed an extra night.

As it says, directly looking at the ocean. At first sight it looked a bit motel-ey but the layout is actually quite convenient- parking at the back and the room had 2 entrances and a little patio. Great breakfast available. Make sure you visit pretty Rockport.

Chose Bearskin Lodge for the location: spectacular view + convenient parking & ability to walk the waterfront area & shops to Shalin Lu Concert center where we attended a performance. Outstanding & memorable stay.
The Cove was a great location for a stay in Rockport! It had great views of the beach on their large deck and the room was very comfortable and nice. The staff was very friendly and the contactless check-in process was great! As soon as we arrived we parked in their large parking lot, walked a nice foot path to the hotel and went right to our door.
Nice room with tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerator just outside the room. Short walk to nice places to have an evening meal and places for breakfast not too far away. Free parking on site.
I really liked the variety at breakfast. Food was very good. The room was a little small. The location was really great. We walked to everything. Your parking lot was spacious as well.
Perfect location and a small parking lot. Nice places to sit outside and an outside deck with tables. The bed was comfortable and there was a table in the room to eat at.
Comfortable, stylish room. The building was well located and was easy walking distance to shops and wonderful views about town, tho my room didn't have much of a view, it had a small area outside of the room with a table and two chairs. Parking in town is tight so it was nice that they had a parking lot.
