The evening desk attendant was extremely helpful. We weren't in the location that we expected, and he helped us get to the right one (across from St Mary's). The hotel looks newly remodeled. Very clean. The pool and hot tub is a nice size and very clean. The continental breakfast was very good. A lot of good healthy choices. That area was spotless as well. The staff is very friendly. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. They have a shuttle to get to Mayo Clinic and surrounding if staying for that.

- toilets were equipped with bidets (شطافه) I would give them five stars for that alone as an Arab. -I was worried about the bed not being comfortable based on previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Mattress is medium in firmness and was extremely comfortable to sleep in.
