The front desk lady Tessa or Theresa in the evening was fantastic, she went above and beyond and was super courteous. A lot of people may not like the location or maybe even some of the guests that stay there, but as long as she’s there anytime we’re in Columbus we will be staying there. Great job and I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Management was VERY accommodating.! We had an open trailer with atv's and he helped us make sure it was secure and within the security camera's view. Facility was dated but very clean. Manager was helpful and seemed to be engaged with customers to ensure their stays were pleasant.
