Breakfast was amazing! And, the lady that was working in that breakfast room was someone I would hire to work for me! We were very impressed with her. We drive to see our grandchildren and meet our daughter and her husband every 6 months and in 6 months from now we will definitely be back! We stayed in room 109 a handicap room which was really awesome when it came to taking a shower. We were most impressed and we will be back. The staff was friendly and answered every question that I asked. Management is excellent.

Room 109.The location was good off of I 10 and a short distance to the caverns as we took a nighttime tour. The staff were very nice. There was breakfast food and a Dunkin in the parking lot. The room was spacious and had frig and such. Plenty of outlets. Bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were TOO small making it very difficult to get comfortable.
Did not eat the breakfast. When I made reservations I told them I had a service dog. The clerk at the hotel wanted to charge me 25$ for a pet dog. He kept saying people abuse the service dog. He was very rude. Also there must be 6-8 feral cats in the parking lot in and around the cars.
The bathroom needs some help you could not take a tub bath if you wanted. There was no plug. There was not a extra roll of toilet paper.
The towels were very nice though and room was clean.
The staff is always very nice! Breakfast is also great we’ll lit up parking lot and close to stores and fast food. We stay here often so it’s definitely a nice hotel but after wear and tear everything needs a little touch up.
