Everything was as described. Super fast response and very helpful. House was clean. It accommodated a Family of 7 really well. Home is close to all kinds of restaurants and close to New York city. There is a hot tub, but you need to pay extra $50 per night. It was amazing and super relaxing, we fully enjoyed it. Very clean and we felt that the house is very well kept. We also used the BBQ grill which was big enough and clean.

Shower was filthy, there was no AC as advertised, the photos do not match the reality of the booking. There was no privacy shade on the hot tub as advertised in the photos. The fire pit area looked nothing like the photos. I paid extra for the hot tub and we did not use it because we did not stay. They are refusing to refund me. I told them that day after seeing the dismal condition of everything that we would not be staying. They put a little desk fan on the floor and tried to say that it is air conditioning.

It’s a very nice place! We loved it, cute, cozy, had everything we needed for our short stay! Everything was as stated in the description, so there were no surprises for us. The ceiling is kind of low, but we are not tall so was not a problem . The location is excellent, 7 minutes from Newark Airport, can’t bit it! Easy transportation to NYC with the express bus, you get right to 42nd street, much more convenient then going by car. The parking was shared, but communication was excellent. We used the hot tub and it was great. Make sure to read the full description and the rules, there are additional charges for the hot tub, which is fine and it was worth it! There is a kitchenette, so don’t expect to have a full size oven, however , there was a BBQ GRILL outside, so we had some BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit, which was quite romantic.

The space is smaller- like a loft or studio, but had two small bedrooms for privacy. It was perfect for a group to spread out in- more so than in a single hotel room. Nice little kitchen space and clean bathroom too! I honestly thought it was great, as it was located close to NYC, had the space we needed to sleep when not in the city, was clean and affordable! Some people complained about the sketchy people in the neighborhood, but it’s located in an urban area, and guests are probably visiting NYC, so why complain. The property has two key coded locks, on site parking, and everyone I bumped into seemed friendly!
