The first two rooms we were shown were poor, and the lights didn't work, but the receptionist gave us a much nicer and bigger room instead. It was a very nice room, but the first two were very poor

The room was beautiful and very clean we loved the little porch with sliding door. The beds were comfortable and we got a great night sleep. The grounds were very pretty and nicely taken care of. The staff was very friendly. Next time we will definitely try a little cottage..Parking by the rooms was a little tight so I would advise backing in if you can for easy pulling out.
Absolutely love the screened porch and size of the cottages. There is enough parking and good location with Stop and Shop across the street and great restaurants not too far. Pets are able to stay in cottages at affordable rate. AC worked good.
The owner checked us in and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She took the time to point out all the interesting spots we might want to hit during our weekend. The food trailer in the parking lot had an excellent breakfast; if we were staying longer we would have probably tried another snack or possibly lunch there. Property was very neat and clean, as was the room.
Lovely little community with great access to all the necessities for a long weekend. Parking next to the room was great. BBQ grills for charcoal cooking.
The motel is well located, easy to access, well-maintained, and clean. The small beach across the street was a wonderful welcome spot. The parking pass for the area beaches was perfect. The staff was responsive, helpful and friendly. The common areas (grills included) were in great condition.
VERY nice staff. Quiet, very clean, easy parking, full kitchen, clean pool with plenty of lounge chairs and seats. Nice view of the bay. Great location for exploring the east end of Long Island.
The property was clean, well maintained, well well situated to go anywhere out East. It has its own private beach on the bay and offers parking passes to all the beaches on Dune Rd.
The staff (family owned and run) are wonderful. They’re helpful and really want you to have a good time.
The rooms have a kitchen set up and have a BBQ set up outside if you want to grill.
Restaurant availability are either a short walk or car ride away.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were able to use the pool longer than actually allowed (pool time ended at 6 p.m.) and got a free late checkout. Thanks Mia!
