This won't be the most appropriate review for the room I booked as I delightfully received a room upgrade upon arrival for my partner & I which was brilliant. I did however look the night before at the Booking site page and saw the room I initially booked was going for much, much less that very night so perhaps I was receiving a room to match the amount I paid. The room we received was brilliant, a large four poster bedroom with large bathroom, and private decking with outdoor futon & seating. The location of Paia Inn is perfect for Maui explorers and even if you don't have a car, the town is full of dining locations, shops and the private access to the beach - though slightly treacherous so not for the faint of heart - was breathtaking. We spotted a colony of turtles on said beach all snoozing ashore and it was a highlight for our trip.

That it came with three beds. There were great smelling body wash, shampoo and conditioners. There was coffee available in the room and water bottles in the vending machine for a great price.

Basic, clean, and comfortable. Not a high place but great for those on a budget. The owners are great people and work hard to make your stay comfortable.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The apartment was amazing! Clean, with big spaces, comfortable.
There are different kitchen and beach utensils useful for your stay.
Moreover, I want to highlight the free parking area and the great position that allows you to easily visit Maui.

We loved the location! It was off the road to hana and really close to paia beach town. It was perfect for our needs. There was a driveway with parking, so we didn't have to park on the street. We used the beach towels in the rental. We loved all the open windows and fresh air. The overhangs were oversized and didn't let in any rain, so even when it rained we could have the windows open.
The location was good. A bit far from the main beaches on the west side, but central to everywhere else including Road to Hana.
Unit is nice. Bathroom is big and clean. Bed is reasonably comfortable, which was surprising!
Also, parking was really just outside the unit.
They also had beach chairs/umbrellas you could borrow which was such a nice touch and very helpful!
Everything, the location was great, the property and everything inside was quiet and well maintained. The people around us were very respectful as well. It was very accessible to have a kitchen, table, and parking. Even garbage and recycling were very accessible and organized.
