Location was convenient, front desk staff were friendly and kind. Parking was ample and the breakfast was good. Food within walking distance, shopping right across the street.
Nothing. The side entrance wasn’t locked. It didn’t even close fully. Anyone could enter. Homeless people are living in cars in the parking lot. The smoke-free room smelled like smoke. There was loud noise above us all night- a tv? We felt UNSAFE
The newly renovated room was spacious, well appointed, with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel had easy access to wherever we needed to go in Danbury. It also shares a parking lot with two good restaurants.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the lobby was inviting. My room was clean with apparently new furnishing. There was a comfortable chair and light for reading or watching TV. I noticed a charger in the back parking lot for electric cars. And unlike many hotels since the pandemic there was a nice 'free' breakfast in a large breakfast room.
