I will never forget my stay at Lake Mulehe Gorilla Lodge as it was beyond perfect.
Before reaching the lodge, I was stuck in the mountains with my car. The team help to come and pick me up and help me sort my issues. One thing I will not forget is that when they came to pick me up, they said “we are sorry” and this touched me because they came to help, and apologize for what I was going through.
Then during my stay the whole team took very good care of me. Helping me with drivers, with the permits and guidance for the gorillas tracking. I have never seen such nice people in a hotel.
The food was very good. And the views on the lake were beyond words. The rooms of the lodge are very big as well (like a studio) and the bathroom as well.
I will definitely come back to Lake Muhele lodge. Thanks you come everything.

Great place to relax after the gorilla tracking and enjoy the view from the terrace! Richard is the perfect host: he helped us organize the gorilla tracking close to the lodge, he took us on a culture walk to meet the local tribe and he made fire every night to sit by :) Highly recommended!
