We fell in love with the place instantly; it exuded charm and a serene ambiance that made our vacation even more special. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the food. The breakfast spread was beyond exceptional; in fact, it's safe to say it was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The variety and quality of dishes were remarkable, catering to every palate with freshness and flavor. We're already planning our next visit to come back here again because we only spent a night and eagerly anticipate our stay at The New Canary in the future. Max and Elena are very nice hosts, providing us all necessary information for our stay. The breakfast is very good and they also make very nice cocktails.

My husband and me are highly impressed with the hotel. We stayed for one week and we are grateful for everyone for the hospitality and kindness of the stuff. Daily breakfast was amazing: the cooker cooked those which we want: toast, eggs, vegetables. Also, stuff always took into account our wishes if we ordered food in the hotel. The hotel is located at 500 metres from the beach, but it wasn't a problem because of a great swimming pool in the hotel territory. Our house was also very clean as the stuff cleaned it every day.

The staff was always extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and gave us great tips and suggestions, helped us organize tours, etc. We got the room with the outdoor bathroom and we are happy we did as it was a great and unique experience! The room and all the premises were extremely clean and inviting. The location was great as it was very close to everything beaches, restaurants, money exchange, souvenir shops, bars, etc. Although it was not "beach front", it did not take anything away at all as it was extremely peaceful and relaxing surrounded by beautiful greenery. The breakfasts and coffee were by far the best breakfasts we had anywhere in our 2 weeks in Tanzania/ Zanzibar. Everything was just 100% spot on :)
