Max was super relaxed, the set-up was great, Max explained the safe, the breakfast, and how everything worked. the breakfast was different everyday starting with a bowl of fruit + the staff were quick and really friendly.
Max organised picking us up from our last hotel to the bungalow and organised the taxi to the airport. Which was the best cost we had all holiday, so recommend you ask Max re taxis, as won't get a better deal.
The bungalow was clean and tidy, there was an area for clothes to be hung, and had hooks in the bedroom area and in the bathroom! As most accommodations we visit, don't have hooks, so we could actually hang towels up after use and other items, and had a shelf in the bathroom for shower stuff - Although shower Gel and shampoo is provided.
A safe, Aircon, a fan & a small fridge is also included. The large mirror has a light surrounding it, with a plug!! (how many hotels have you been to that doesn't have a plug near the mirror) plenty of plugs & lights in the room - the plugs are UK fittings.
Staff changed towels daily made the room up super quick each day, and left petals and arrangements.
The hotel also supplies beach towels & has a laundry service, where you fill a large basket which is returned for a small cost. The bungalow was compact and well presented, set in a garden surround, with hammocks, and seating area in our area just near the massage room. I had a massage with Rachel which I recommend, as was fantastic, and only around £25.
The pool & relaxing area was clean, a few sunbeds, double beds and an alcove where you could sit in the shade. The toilet was very clean & a shower is available. Food and drink was great and not too expensive. Max runs a tight ship and everything was perfect. Drinking water was from a cooler thus saving use of plastic bottles & provides trips. The hotel is 2 mins to the beach, & out to the right took you to local bars & restaurants.

First of all, we had a very warm welcome by Abdullah who was at reception and our check in and room was done earlier than expected. The Garden Villa room was amazing and so spacious. Water in the room was so warm throughout the day.
The location is the best on nungwi as the beach is on your doorstep. Mnemba island is a must. Finally the food and service was a 10/10. Amazing staff who always made sure everything was ok and provided all the information and assistance when required. The head chef kelash provided us with some amazing cuisines and brilliant hospitality. I will definitely be visiting again.

A nice hotel with a lovely little private garden. We were sick during our stay and really appreciated the garden - to be able to hang out there during the days and also use the little plunge pool. Clean room and super nice staff are other big plus with Zanzicrown. The location is not many steps from the beach, but still in a little private position. Which we liked.
If you want to see the ocean there is a roof terrace for that :-)

The hotel is really tropical!
Very quiet and close to all shops and only 5 mn to the beach, we really loved it!
Very clean and very nice garden, the garden just makes you feel like you are in a tropical garden.
Rooms are spacious and very clean and very well equipped from all the points of view, the swimming pool I always clean and sunbeds are available to chill under the sun.
Staff are very helpful and we felt like home, we really enjoyed it and we will be back to tropical next time!

The rooms were nice. Polite staff. The location wasn't appealing, but security wise, it was nice and secure even though we had to park by the roadside near the building due to lack of parking space.
