The food in the restaraunt is great, stuff very friendly and willing to help, rooms are basic, but clean and equiped with everithing you need. location is on the Lykian Way (if you hike)

About an hour from Antalya Airport, Armas Beach Hotel is set amongst a row of similar sized hotels. We were contacted before our arrival by Firuze, the hotel's Guest Relation Manager, and she greeted me by name as soon as we walked in! Set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel room was perfectly fine, as described/shown on booking.com. You could see the see on one side, the mountains on the other from the balcony. While the all-inclusive local alcoholic beverages were wasted on us, the food wasn't! It was varied, tasty, and plentiful. Could have done with a slightly wider variety of fresh fruit (maybe more exotic options?) but still, it was an overall very good offering. While most staff spoke little English, they were all friendly/helpful. They seemed more fluent in Russian, which I'm sure the host of Russian speaking guests appreciated. Firuze organised a surprise celebration for my mum's upcoming birthday, complete with flower petals, cocktails, and even a small cake at dinner. She answered all our questions, and helped with everything we needed (printing, transfer, etc.). She is an absolute gem, and a credit to the hotel.

What an amazing hotel!! The hotel was set in beautiful surroundings (palm trees etc in abundance), there was various pools to choose from and lots of activities (if that’s you’re thing). If you prefer something more relaxing, then there are various beach areas where you can retreat to. I frequently attended the gym which is set close to the beach – this is well equipped and most of the time fairly empty. The entertainment provided by the hotel is great and the entertainment staff work very hard to accommodate all guests. Again, if you prefer something much quieter then the beach bar in the evening plays chilled tunes or you can simply relax on the boardwalk and watch people taking an evening dip. Despite the hotel being very busy with guests (only really noticeable in the restaurant), it never felt overcrowded and you didn’t have to rush to put your towel on a sunbed at 6am for fear of not getting one! Food and drink was typical and there were 'themed' nights – the Turkish night was particularly delicious. However, if you’re struggling with breakfast, dinner or lunch in the main restaurant there are other options e.g. a patisserie serving coffee & cakes and a café beach bar serving waffles, pizza, kebabs etc. There are also a number of al a carte restaurants to choose from – I can highly recommend the fish restaurant! You may have to adjust what you would normally eat (as you would anywhere outside of the UK), but you won’t starve. Lots of options re cocktails – but if you don’t see what you like, then just ask the staff. Finally, all the staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful (right down to the cleaners and gardeners) – they were polite, accommodating and very friendly. I would go so far as to say, it’s the staff that made this experience what it was. Volkan (Guest Relations) was a credit to this hotel as were some of the entertainment staff – you know who you are! I would highly recommend this hotel.

We like especially the kind and flexible concern of the staff we have experienced from the first moment of coming and till the moment of the departure. They showed great hospitality, provided us a discount in regard to our special circumstances with part of our group who was not able to arrive in the day of check-in and were ready to handle all our requests, even to change our room in order to be close to other part of our group. Besides, we really liked the location that was so close to the nature, the food that was delicious and the taste reminded us the best dishes that we had in grandmother home, the room to the forest side with smell of pines, the facility that was really clean and has everything inside and even Internet connection that was pretty good to handle all the needed things while being in vacation. It was also good to know that the property had been renovating, so you could get the renovated room in a hotel that is not really new. We also like all the waters, housekeepers, drivers and others, since all of them were really hospitable and care of us great way.

Very helpful staff. Ahmet and Irfan speak English and Russian, always offering to help. It's been a pleasure. Also, the hotel has very comfortable mattresses. And nice balconies. Everything was clean, cleaning was on the days I wished it to be. All bath accessories were in place

The rooms are very clean, above expectation. Location is good close to shops & harbour with beach. Bed is huge (double bed) and sleeps very comfortable. Staff helped us with suitcases and as I said housekeeping is doing a great job, bedsheets towels and room spotless!
