Dilber and Mahmut were very attentive and had terrific suggestions for sightseeing and dinner.
We would recommend to book a dinner at the hotel as it comes with an individualised menu of the local cuisine, which was very delicious.

We had the pleasure speaking to one of the hotel's owners at multiple occasions, explaining us the amazing history of the hotel, the region and its produce, making us appreciate our stay even more.

Historical old mansion, that keeps the essence of Mardin. Views in the terrace are beautiful. The hotel provides a quality breakfast.
The staff is generally helpful, although no English is spoken, communication is done with translator. I ask to change my room the second night and they accommodate my request.

The owner was very helpful to park the car, there is no parking space in the old city. He is also very willing to give advise or help you if needed. There is a good Turkish breakfast on the terrace with a view. The hotel is clean. Location is right in the old city and you can walk to all the main locations and restaurants.
Location of the hotel is nice, there is a parking lot next to it but get ready to pay extra. Room was not very clean and the worst part is there is no hot water. Breakfast at the terrace was ok but service and hotel staff are not attentive and slow.

The hotel is in an authentic mansion, on the main street but with an entrance through a labyrinth of streets. Super! In the room you have absolutely everything you want: air, fridge, kettle, bathroom. Very interesting room, hotel and location. It doesn't have a parking lot, but I left the car parked next to the wall, behind a row of other cars. Everything seems to be taken out of 1001 nights! Wonderful
