To our surprise and delight, they graciously upgraded our room to a spacious king-size with a stunning sea view, making our stay feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness extended to our furry companion as well. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating to our dog, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast spread that awaited us. The variety of delectable options was plentiful, catering to all tastes and appetites. The food was fresh, and we found ourselves indulging in a sumptuous breakfast every day of our stay. The hotel's location on the port was undeniably convenient, with easy access to the bustling city center and nearby attractions. If you're looking for a centrally-located hotel with fantastic views and unparalleled hospitality, this is the place for you. Just be aware that the lively atmosphere in the evenings may create some background noise. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and seeking an unforgettable stay by the port.

Helped me check in at late night and let me stay in the lobby for my late night bus. It is right in the centre of the city, not far from the clock tower, pier or the bus station. Very responsive to help. The breakfast is barebone but it is fine.

Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in the shower, clean towels. The owners are lovely people, helped us with everything we needed, very supportive and welcoming. Definitely will visit this hotel again 💖
