In terms of location, food, the room, and cleanliness - our stay was as expected. We knew the room wasn’t going to be very big, but had weighed this up for the price against other more expensive options in the area. The general vibe of the hotel, including the private pier, was beautiful and calming. It wasn’t overcrowded and felt very relaxing lying out in the sun. All of the food we ate at Elista, including the complimentary breakfast, was really good quality and tasty (and some of the better food we ate along that coast - special mention here NOT to go to Miam which was inedible).
Bodrum is an expensive holiday destination in general, so we struggled to find anything cheaper of that quality. Everything else was about £100 more a night.

Lovely apartments set in a peaceful location. Staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! It was great having a restaurant onsite serving delicious food. There's plenty of parking and local amenities are only a short walk away.
