The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was hearty and set us up for the day. The suite with jacuzzi bath was exceptional. The location suited us, not too far from the airport and perfect for touring surrounding neighbourhoods.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

We booked two rooms, one with double bed and other with two single beds and both rooms side-by-side on the same floor. We got exactly what we asked for.
The location is nice with a great view over the Giresun island. They parked our car for us in a gated parking lot, so that was nice. The staff was helpful enough and apologetic when we encountered some issues.
