The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They say they are a friendly hotel and they made a point of living up to this by being helpful and friendly. Rooms are Very New & clean and comfortable but you have to request for a foldable bed from housekeeping if you don't want to be in the same main bedroom - the 4 person room layout is 3+1, the 3rd person would have a big Sofa bed usually

This hotel was more than we expected. Big room, comfy beds, lifesaving air conditioning. Clean tidy, great breakfast. Beautiful old mansion which has lovingly been restored and converted to a hotel. Heaps of character and right next to the bazaar. We were worried about the parking after reading reviews but the staff met us on the street and guided us up the tiny one way streets to the secure hotel parking lot, which would’ve been impossible for us to get to without them. Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing hotel!!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Maryem who took care of all our requests and she was our main contact person since she speaks Arabic.

we had some very helpful staff and one in particular (Dogan) was very helpful, he did alot to make our stay comfortable and even assisted in helping us find some places to go eat and exchange money and even helped to get me set up with a Turkish phone line. the breakfast was also very good and lots of variety and pretty good quality. the rooms were also nice and spacious and clean. There was also ample parking available on site but if full there is a valet service available aswell.

Located in a very busy commercial area near downtown. Our room and bathroom were both big and very clean. Room is nicely decorated, air conditioning and wifi signal were working perfectly. Very polite and helpful staff we thank them very much for being so kind and professional.
