Very nice hotel, 10 min walk from the downtown area. There is a free parking lot next to the hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception. Unexpectedly our first evening at the hotel we were visited by one of the staff members and we were given a complimentary fruit plate, which was a very nice surprise. Also there were complimentary water bottles very day.

Big room with a big bed. I couldn't find the hotel parking lot, so the clerk offered to park my car for me. Parking was free.
There also was a truly massive breakfast buffet.

Very lovely room - clean, spacious, pretty interior. Especially liked the bathroom with hot spring water. Balcony was nice, saw the Pamukkale hot air ballons in the morning. Right in the city center, parking available in front of the hotel, 5 min by car to northern Pamukkale parking lot. Would book again!
