Superb views from the breakfast terrace and from the room's balcony. The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed. The staff at the family-run hotel gave us a very warm welcome and provided all we needed, including a delicious vegetarian dinner, specially prepared for us on our first night. The breakfast is just stunning. I will add the picture of it. Its more than you can ask for. The owner of the facility is quite neat about the preparation of it. They should open a breakfast place tbh :). Rooms are clean, everything is working well. Water pressure could be better but not a big issue.

Stayed with a group of friends , could not fault the staff as they were excellent , great breakfast with excellent panoramic views of Selimiye,our room was spacious , it's a 10 minute walk down to the beach but did not mind the walk there and back

The hotel is new and right next to the sea. the roof on the 2nd floor has magnificent view. The sea is right in front. there are cafes, supermarkets nearby. Hotel staff are friendly. The school next door is used as private parking in summer for 100 TL per day. free parking is very limited. the hotel exceeded my expectations in general for the value. Ali and Merve are great employees. Rooms and the hotel were clean in general. The bed was comfortable. has elevator. Highly recommended.
The hotel is unique and original. We were treated to an upgrade on arrival due to our difficulty parking and not being aware of the need to get a water taxi to the hotel. The room we were presented with was private, large and luxurious. The perfect place to relax.
