They given us an upgrade, the room 1024 was great. Large, comfy, nice terrace.(no sea view) Staff was always nice . The place is amazing as is like a little city with an harbor, with shop restaurants and everything.

Xanadu Island deserve more than just 5 stars as they’ve exceeded all my expectations and gave me an unforgettable experience. Everything was amazing from the moment I reached reception to when I took the taxi back home - they have by far the best hospitality I’ve seen in my life. I had a big error with my booking (100% accidentally my fault) and they went out of their way and above and beyond to fix my problem and also offer an upgraded room - all while trying to reassure me and calm down my panicked state. I had a wonderfully amazing stay, every single person there was hospitable, helpful, friendly and caring. I had a very personal experience and never worried about anything - everything I wanted they were more than happy to provide and offer even more. Guest services also helped me plan a trip to see more of Bodrum, but otherwise I didn’t even want to leave the resort. Their beach is pristine and the water there is as clear as glass. The food and drinks were extremely tasty and available 24/7 to enjoy anytime outside the room. Everything was much better than I had read or seen in advance. I went on this trip to disconnect, relax, and have a peaceful yet fun time - I got exactly that and felt wonderfully spoiled on top. I thank them again for this never to be forgotten experience.

The beach is very good. There is coffee hause where the espresso and the other coffee drinks are fantastic. Also the restaurants and the cuisine are nice. And we're served quite good by the staff. Club Marma Hotel I spend my honeymoon in this hotel in September and i recommend the hotel for couples and families also. the hotel located at beautiful Karaincir Bay with pristine waters, this hotel offers an excellent vacation experience, especially for honeymoon,. They delicious food, nice landscaping, courteous and professional staff, live music every night and so on.. We truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend it to anyone! Marma Club is a welcoming and well-managed resort that i have stayed at twice in different years and both times it's been a great holiday. The bungalows are clean and well looked after, the territory, beach, kitchen is the same. Guests at the hotel behave pleasantly, which is a big plus. It's a great place for kids as the sea is clean and fairly shallow, however it's also great for keen swimmers. The beach lounges and umbrellas are nicely spaced. Staff at the resort deserves a special mentioning: customer service is available and good at problem-solving and helpful with the bookings. People preparing meals do a great job and the food is great, there's sufficient selection to cater to every taste. The waiters are well trained, efficient and friendly, they remember your preferences straight away and every meal experience is very welcoming.
