Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Excellent place to stay. The room was comfy, spacious and spotless with nice furniture and crisp bed sheet and a fantastic sea view balcony.
