The host and his communications was exceptional ( above and beyond ) during all my travel experiences ( +20 countries ) I haven’t met a family / host as nice as this host. He offered to come to the airport which is not far from the location ( 10 min drive ) to help with the luggage with his personal pick-up car to avoid dealing with the taxi drivers and drove the luggage back to the airport in the morning. Its my first time staying outside of the city centre and will never go back to the city centre if i can manage to book with him again The location is amazing/safe/ walking distance to grocery / restaurants The apt’s very clean / spacious/ comfortable beds Great value for money I would rate this place 100/10 if i could

Exceptional Stay at Carthage Thalasso Resort in Gammarth We recently stayed at the Carthage Thalasso Resort in Tunis (Gammarth), and it was an unforgettable 5-star experience. The customer service was exceptional, with staff who were attentive, always kind, and genuinely caring. Their warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping team ensured that everything was spotless, with both day and night service to make sure we never lacked anything. Every corner of the hotel was immaculate. The quality of the food was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of international and local flavors, from delicious chocolate crepes to traditional bread galettes—everything was a true delight. This hotel is ideal for a family stay. Traveling with three children, we especially appreciated the hotel's excellent facilities, which were easy to access. Whether it was the seawater pool, the kids’ pool with water slides, or the private beach just 50 meters away, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location is also perfect—only 10 minutes by car from La Marsa and 20 minutes from Sidi Bou Said. A special thank you to Wassim and Adam for always taking such good care of the kids, and to Mohamed, the reception manager, for ensuring everything ran smoothly. This was a brilliant apartment. Large 2 bedrooms, TV that had channels in several different languages. Very clean, and has everything you need. The host was exceptional and so kind. I arrived very late at night and was hungry and he cooked a lovely dinner for me. I would absolutely come back here. I was made to feel so welcome as the host goes above and beyond. Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet area and an exceptional host.
