Beautiful and peaceful place, far enough from the crowds but not so far from the beach by motorbike. You can rent a motorbike directly at your accommodation, ask in Anjar. Anjar, the owner, is the kind of person you are really happy to meet on your trip. Perfect from the start to the end of your stay. He comes directly to the pier and takes you through your accommodation and does the same when you leave, free of charge. He is always available to give you advice and help, always smiling. The villa is beautiful and spacious. The villa staff were warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including decorating with balloons for a child's birthday celebration, creating a surprise for all of us. The chef was amazing and provided us with delicious food at every meal, meeting special requests and providing off menu dishes we wanted, including a phenomenal Khao Soi that we are still talking about! Our rooms, the common spaces and the pool were always immaculately clean. The elevated position of the villa from the beach provided a feeling of complete privacy. We greatly appreciated use of the kayaks to go exploring out on the water.

Fantastic value for money Villa. Very friendly hosts. A pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. A fantastic ' real' swimming pool. This is far from a mere plunge pool. First class furnishings in lounge/kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Location is great for a romantic get away. Lipa Noi is not suitable for Party People. A choice of family run Restaurants and a couple of mini marts within a 15 minute stroll.
