Met at the gate and went to reception. Singed documents and was then escorted to the villa. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole complex and villa were well kept, clean and inviting. Reception was able to schedule a private 4 Island tour that was fantastic.

the hotel was lovely and we had everything we needed and more, the staff were so lovely but a big thank you to Jib who came to our rescue when our bike broke down, she picked us up and organised for us to take the bike to the garage, her help was amazing and I don’t know how we would have handled it without her! thank you Jib 😊

I've never seen such good quality for this price. The room was really nice, the common area has a kitchen where you can prepare and share diner or lunch with other travellers. I felt at home 9000km away from home. + the beddings are extremely soft. Slept like a rock.
