In front of this hotel is the best part of Pattaya beach in my opinion! No boats parking there, no ropes around, you can walk and swim in just as you feel like it. We choose Bella Vista multiple times, and ready to come back any time.
The HUGE advantage of this hotel is its location. It is on Pattaya Beach where no boats "parking". Crystal clear water when it's not windy and even some corals with the sea life. Safe for kids, I'd say. And for people who cannot swim.

thought location is just near to the beach, but there were boats parking block the view and sea to play! it can blame the both driver since they came before hotel established. the gust must rethink either staying front beach hotel to support the business and your own wants..
I booked a bungalow with garden view and our garden contained parking for the motorbikes for staff as it was close to the restaurant and reception area. The bungalow itself was very comfy and beautiful. The resort is close to the beach but you need to walk a bit to find a place where there is no boats.
