Can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner is so nice and helpful with everything you need. Location is great, just about a 5 minute walk from Chiang Khan walking street, and the garden setting is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful as well. On the first morning we had a huge plate of fruit and snacks waiting on our front porch, and all day free coffee station and free use of bicycles make this place the best value for the price. You have the option to have your room cleaned everyday, which we chose not to, and we still got fresh towels, soaps and water bottles every morning. Ended up staying here an extra night because we loved it so much.

Spectacular Big bungalow riverside setting was amazing. This is the larger unit and it's wonderful! Khun Lee was a lovely host very friendly and helpful. It's a bit hard to find, be sure to check directions. We loved it. Will be back!

Great breakfast included and it was just across the street from Sam's place. I chose to order a latte (40 baht) but it was wonderful and better than the coffee that was included. Our first night we stayed on the 3rd floor in a small room with a balcony. The stairs are very steep and difficult if you have back issues. The next night we moved downstairs to the family room which I would highly recommend! It is a large room with glass doors overlooking the river…gorgeous view and lots of light. Much more comfortable for us than the smaller room and not as many stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful!
