We (husband, wife and 3 year old son) had gone for a vacation from the 2nd till the 7th of September 2023. From the moment we checked in to the hotel, we experienced top class service first, from the wonderfully cheerful elderly doorman dressed in traditional Thai attire at the main hotel entrance door who was on duty on the 2nd of September when we checked in. My 3 year old son enjoyed speaking and playing with this cheerful man. Secondly, from Numthep at the reception. It was my birthday and she went the extra mile by sending me a birthday cake to my room and also ensured a smooth check in process. At the Ruenton Restaurant, the food quality was excellent and there was yet another display of top class service by Ning and Kae. Ning remembered my specific tea order every morning and also my husband's coffee order and would have them ready when we sat at our table. Kae also went the extra mile in providing top class customer service. Also, a very pretty and talented Thai lady plays a traditional Thai instrument in the hotel lobby in the evening. Very decent sized swimming pool and good gym on the 3rd floor. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday made even better with amazing staff and service.

Very friendly staff. Everything very smooth. In a very quiet Soi in a busy part of the city. Go out of the hotel and turn left into the Soi and you are in a very different Bangkok. There is a beautiful Wat hidden away there too. Recommended. Thank you.

Really recommend staying here! Could store our Luggage before our Check-In and after our Check-Out. Rooms are very clean, even under the bed. Shower and Toilet are nice and enough separated to have some privacy. Staff was very kind. It’s located near the metro and a really nice food market. With the metro you get to main attractions of Bangkok in a few minutes. The location is compared to other houses really quiet so you can rest while staying in the big city of Bangkok. ;)

Extremely helpful Khun Oi at reception. I've been staying at this charming little place for over 30 years and thankfully nothing has changed. Always appreciate the choice of smoking or non smoking rooms (thanks probably to the large number of Japanese customers). Right next to a buzzing part of the city but the hotel itself is very quiet, being at the end of a cul de sac/dead end street. A toilet brush, and room kettle would have made it perfect.
