The breakfast is very good for the size and location of the property. There is standard white bread for self service toast, a choice of a light western set menu, eggs and sandwich ham, along with coffee, tea and Tang style orange. Each day there is a rotating Thai breakfast option which is really worth a try, from Khao Mun Gai Chicken/rice to Mussaman curry, good. The hotel is low key, extremely clean, professional and polite with minimal dialogue, a very peaceful place. The rooms are clean, large, good AC. All rooms have showers. A very sound value value proposition. The "Strong Fitness" gym across the parking lot is a clean facility with new equipment, free weights and a very active local membership, there is Thai Boxing training as well, all in a clean, upscale presentation. There appear to be no corners cut on equipment, organization and cleanliness which in my experience is not common for towns outside of major metropolitan areas.

Room was clean, relatively spacious, functional, and good value. Location is fairly central, with restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Transport was easy to arrange from the hotel. Staff were professional.

The room had AC; and it was on a quiet side street. One free, small bottle of water every day. Also, Electric kettle available off lobby with free tea or instant coffee. There's a nice light-filled lobby with faux hanging plants and some good tables to write at. There's a laundry machine available to use out back. Tesco Lotus complex not too far with restaurants, shops and movies. I did see some guests who were people of color, so it seems safe for BIPOC.
