The villa is amazing. The room is spacious for two people and the upstairs room has a big deck if you want space to chill with friends. The bathroom is clean and they provide all the necessary things you might need like shampoo, body wash, towels, mosquito repellent sprays, etc.
They provide free breakfast (please check the timing with the hosts for breakfast) to every guest and while checking in they made sure to ask about what I prefer to eat in the morning. Everything they made was just amazing. Great coffee as well!
The place is tucked away from the busy city of chiang mai so it's really quiet all the time. You can enjoy peace and obviously the beautiful villa.
Try going on a walk around the area a lot of different farms and amazing people nearby.
