Very convenient location, in a walkable distance to the old town full of amazing architecture and cozy restaurants. Staff is super friendly, I felt like I'm a guest, not just a customer. Room is modern and very clean. Will definitely stay again here when I'm back to Phrae. The price per night is reasonable.

A great experience living with a local family. Great space upstairs. A very comfortable room, a living room and a terrace. Located next to a river in a very quiet environment. Perfect place to have some rest. I extended my stay one night more. The host family ist very nice. Next to the amazing weekend market on the road to Phrae. Highly recommendable!
