Friendly staff , resort management, hospitality and solutions they provided to us during the first day was excellent and satisfactory. Resort is good for kids but swimming pool is not temperature controlled.

My son so like swimming pool . Boss of hotel so good. My family come so late but he still help all things inclued call food help me. Food of restaurant cook so good . Room big, clean, near swimming pool, comfortable and got all furniture inclued washing machine. They got kitchen, got table for eating, and bath room so beautiful. Good facilities on site, excellent pool and restaurant with good menu and great food. Can buy breakfast for 100 Baht which is good value, includes juice, dessert, fruit, coffee and water. Very helpful receptionist who spoke good English. In quiet location just off highway 107 . Good sized room with good facilities. Would recommend.

Everyone and everything! Was a beautifully well maintained property! Ying and Pete are amazing hosts and I felt so taken care of from the moment I arrived! Ying and her beautiful niece 🥰 were such lovely people who I enjoyed talking with so much! Nothing was a problem. Ying is an amazing cook! I recommend eating at her restaurant. I just pre ordered my meal and time and then came down to eat at the lovely on-site restaurant! I had a wonderful day having a nice long walk around the village and then a few hours by the pool! The pool was so cool and was very well maintained ( like the whole property) and I just relaxed the afternoon away by the pool looking at the rice fields. It was truly magical! My accommodation was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. I just snuggled down at night into my cozy room! I really really did not want to leave! Thank you so much to Ying and her lovely niece. You are just the most beautiful warm kind and friendly people and thank you so so much for making me feel so special! I look forward to coming back next time I am in Chiang Mai! They also arranged my taxi back into town and my driver was Ying’s nephew - he was such a lovely and polite young man!! If you are looking to relax in a 5 star setting and also be really well looked after I have no hesitation in highly recommending Country Retreat! Everything was FABULOUS!
