The place has everything you need, the bed is one of the biggest I have seen and the price is right for what you get. The hosts are amazing, taking care of every need and wish and the breakfast is hand made by the host every morning by the menu. I was a bit afraid that it would be hard to get to the place as it is outside the city, but it was super easy and affordable to rent a scooter just next to the train station and drive to the place which I liked that it was remote as the city itself is quite intense and crowded.

Amazing location by the river. The rooms are in a glamping type resort with classic cars and trucks as decoration. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with even BBQ's available if you'd like to grill something. People were very friendly. The best thing for us is that the owner has 3 yachts in different sizes to take groups out on the river and watch Ayutthaya at dusk (arrange before your arrival). We hired the smallest and had a tour around some of the temples and ruins, amazing experience

great theming. we were picked up from parking with an electric vehicle and brought to our room. the bed was good and very big. the room was a little bit older, but in good condition. there is a mini fridge in the room and a coffee maker. I think all the rooms are situated around a big pond with a fountain and fish. ours was also very close to the pool which looked great too.

The property is super modern, clean, and spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful, wanted to carry the bags from our car to the second floor, asked for what time we would like to have breakfast and when we came downstairs to the breakfast area, everything was already prepared and served for us warm. The ice coffee we had, caramel macchiato, is just amazing. I would recommend to all visiting Ayutthaya, it’s the perfect place to stay!

I loved this little hotel. There are two buildings - one with modern/Western architecture and decor, and one with traditional Thai style. In between the buildings there is a lovely, lush, and serene garden, which leads down to a riverfront sala. My room was one of my favourites in Thailand - it was full of character, well maintained, and very comfortable. The design inspired me for my own home! The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The location is quite central in Ayutthaya, and there are a variety of good restaurants within walking distance. But you don't hear any street noise when you're on the property. And finally, the owners/staff are so nice and welcoming. I strongly recommend this hidden gem.

We loved this property. The staff was super helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do around town and where to eat. The room was very nice. Loved having a balcony over the river. Got up for sunrise everyday to watch the sun come up over the temple across the river. Bed was very comfortable and they cleaned the room up a bit everyday while we were gone.
