This place does exactly what it says. It's cheap, clean, and close to town. It had aircon and was super cold. Obviously, it's not the ritz, but the price reflects that. And honestly, the CUTEST cats on the island. They run meowing their heads off every time you return. I'd stay here again for this price.

This is the best beach on the island where you can relax and swim. Nearby good restaurants and 4-5 places for massage for 350-400THB. next to the hotel places you get very cheap fruit. Laundry service also nearby. We went around the whole island and definitely can say that this is the best beach and Thai island where you can really relax and be super safe. Nature and piece. High and low tide (around full and new moon) are not significant and always can swim. On the other side of the island is significant. Sometimes there are some creatures in the water that bite (you can’t see them) but it is not a big deal. Water is not crystal clear as on the remote islands that is because there is no fish or corals. Definitely recommend the hotel and the island for real vacation. Hotel is well maintained, rooms are big enough, clean. Breakfast is mainly Thai food which was absolutely ok, there is food for every taste. Do not expect those rich breakfast buffets like in the big resorts but is enough. Local fruit was the only thing missing - very limited. Coffee is good. Only organized tours are offered to the other touristic islands, no like water taxi. Sunsets place.
