Any little thing they want to help you with, including getting there, finding your way about, tours, fixing issues in the property as they come up. The unit itself is enormous. Private pool. They come and cook breakfast for you in your unit every morning! Comfortable beds! Such a peaceful location on a wonderful island. Glad we found Koh Yao Noi! So much lower key and laid back than all the busy places surrounding it. The view of the islands in the bay from this place really is idyllic. I miss it so much already!!
