The location is excellent, far away from overcrowded tourist places. Having a beach for yourself it's a luxury.
All the staff, from the Front office to the restaurant and bar is kind, attentive, and professional.

The quality of the food is amazing, everything we ate was tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked.
The room is very spacious with good decor and lots of light, the bed comfortable providing you with a good night's sleep The bathroom is big with a great design.
The swimming pool is great !!!
The park with the reindeer is amazing and nice to visit.
I would just suggest having blackout curtains in the room so you can have total darkness in the early hours of the day.

We had a Garden Cottage. Staff is very nice and helpful. Garden cottage (clean !) itself also really nice idea with how the room is designed, nice bathroom with separate shower and bath. Good water streams. Good door lock and proper safety box. Good wifi. It's a nice location at the beach, but far away from other hotels and restaurants.
The visit was to find a new property to stay a couple of times a year, but we are not going to stay here again, see reasoning below.

Myself and my partner had a perfect stay at The Leaf! Graham and Nim are lovely and we felt very welcome during the whole of our stay.
The room was exceptionally clean, modern, good ac and a good shower. Wifi is very good too.
Loved the terrace outside in the beautiful peaceful garden and the pool area is great too (absolutely love the giant duck!).
We ate at their cafe next door several times and every meal was very tasty.
Free bike use, the beach is only a short cycle away. Self service laundry that cost 40baht (for which you need 10baht coins).
Such a peaceful and beautiful location, we wish we could have stayed longer!

The resort is run by a very friendly family – they smile a lot, bring you snacks and pick you up from the train station (and take you back), which is nice.
