location for us was perfect, slightly outside the main area of Pattaya (15 mins by car). the hotel was comfortable, the manageress was awesome, really helpful. some outside redevelopment of the beach area and gardens ongoing whilst we were there, which took shape and looked really good. nice quiet, peaceful hotel and location.
