The host, Anica, was very nice and helpful, we even got a small gift before leaving. The apartment is super-aesthetic, beautiful and fun art can be found. Truly one of a kind apartment. It is also comfortable, clean, there is a big terrace as well. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, beds are comfortable.

Great personal welcome with a glass of wine. Before arrival we went for a walk to Vipava Old Castle, also really nice. The accommodation is very peacefull and it has everything you need. We would higly recommend, as we did, to ask the host Janko for a wine tasting in the evening. That was a lovely experience and his wife really knows how to prepare snacks to accommodate the tasting. Really great value for the money. And ofcourse buy some wine to take home ;)

The property is situated in a beautiful location, nestled in nature. The surroundings were idyllic and peaceful but yet easily accessible to local amenities, a short drive from the caves and in walking distance of the castle. Just perfect!
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Location, super friendly hostess, clean large room, TV had multiple European plus US news stations (and movie & sports stations too). parking right in front of building, bar in building but quiet.
Cleanliness of the room, big parking lot, good interaction with the owners and their flexibility with payment (due to unforeseen reasons I had to cancel my first booking after the date it was possible to do so for free, but never the less they have accepted this payment as valid for the next booking two weeks later). Good choice either while visiting neighbouring attractions or as break on a trip to or from Italy.
The hotel is in a quiet location, the nearby motorway is not a problem. There are enough parking places. The staff is nice, we've broken a vase but they made absolutely no fuss about it, we didn't even have to pay for it. The rooms are clean. The backyard is quite nice.
