The room and facilities were outstanding - very luxurious, which we were not expecting for the price we paid! We did a wine tasting with Tea and loved it. Breakfast had variety and was delicious with a nice view. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great, everything from local production. Rooms very comfotable and clean with modern equipment. What was really exceptional the approach of the host - the lady owner called Metka was really great, always helpfull and very kind. Even we prefer to explore new places in this case I am sure we will come back soon.

Fantastic villa on top of a hill. The villa has a nice garden and we very much enjoyed the evenings in the patio. Since the moment we booked our stay, the hosts had even installed two saunas and a larger swimming pool, which was great news for the kids! Nice location for biking and walking, as well as for excursions to Lipica, Ljubjana, Predjama, Postojna,... There were only two things that surprised us: we had some very hard winds and (thunder)storms during the night, and the church bells 130 times at 6AM, 3PM and 8PM (and a bit more on Sundays). But you get used to it :-)

-Location was great, really quiet and peaceful. Views down into the valley and up to the castle at the front of the house. -The house itself was wonderful: comfortable beds, washing machine, kitchen good enough for holiday cooking (no oven, but one can live without an oven for a week…), big hallway to leave all your coats, shoes, etc. -Lots of room outside: table and chairs in the front and a large stone bench in the back. Also, big soft cushions to lie down on. A big sloping lawn in the front that we used to play jeu des boules. -The (shared) garden at the back of the house also had a large wood oven/bbq that guests are allowed to use. -Towels and dishcloths, hand soap and items to clean your dishes, etc. Just bring your favorite shampoo and body wash, everything else is already there. And of course, the owners: they must be the nicest people I’ve ever met. They were always ready to help, living right next door in the big house, but we still felt we had our private space. And the peach juice was delicious! Thank you again got a wonderful week!

Lovely peaceful location, wonderful dinner offered when we arrived and a lovely breakfast. Wine from their own vineyard was a nice touch.

The staff was very welcoming even with our late arrival. Clean, comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms. We only stayed for one night, bu we hope to return to explore the castles. We are now also fans of Union beer.

Very clean, very cozy, nicely prepared apartment! We were met with sweet compliments and so cute invitation card, comfortable furniture. Very nice, super green garden, surrounding nature is fantastic! Highly recommended and see you my next time in Danilo's Resort!

We spent a night here with my best friend on our way back to France. The property is located on a hill near a valley full of grape fileds. It is absolutely beautiful. The host was also extremely nice, welcomed us with locally produced wine. The dinner and breakfast we got was absolutely fantastic. Finally, our room was clean, properly sized, and quiet. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, and considering to come back again with my family for a longer stay sometimes in the future.
