The location right on the tier was superb! The glass igloos are a special experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the igloo. Tony our host was fabulous! He was extremely helpful and nothing we asked of him was a problem. Tony was knowledgeable, obliging and had a great sense of humour. We would recommend this place to everyone wanting an authentic arctic circle experience.

We were very satisfited from nature and we liked the temperature about 14/8 degrees in august because we are from the very hot greece in this monthsauna was a very usuful thing combinated with a little swim in the lake
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The staff are friendly especially Abba. The breakfast is good. I like the complimentary access to Ice Hotel that we enjoyed alot. The rooms are cozy with heated floors. The staff arranged parking for our motorhome near our cabin so we can accessed easily and also charged the motorhome just beside the cabin. It was a wonderful stay.
Excellent host who made sure we were comfortable! Ample space for parking our car close to our cabin. We loved the peaceful feeling and serenity and the view of the lake.
