Overall an excellent experience. The review would be incomplete without tge mention of 3 employees:
1. Lama at reception: She is what any employee at the reception should ideally be! She went out of the way to accomodate some facilities which we were not entitled to and she was exceptionally polite and charming while helping us check in.
2. Abdul Ghaffar in the restuarant: a very polite and hospitable waiter who was ready to help with almost anything.
3. Masoom at concierge: A very pleasant person who helped us with pur luggage and taxi.
