Very homey feeling, the rooms were super nice and clean and had nice views. The staff were very helpful and friendly, helping us find a driver and figuring out how we needed to plan for the gorilla trek, and helped us clean our shoes after. The food was good! We had a truly amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious, the staff is absolutely wonderful and the food...wow! The entire meal time is an experience by itself. I was planning to stay one or two nights at Volcano View but ended up staying 5 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy in a nice house in a residential area. The neighborhood is quiet but yet not so far away from the city center (just a short walk). Isaac and his team have been wonderful hosts. They helped me plan my visits to the Volcanoes National Park and easily arranged transport for the four days I spent there. Everyday my breakfast was on the table at 6am and by 6h30 my lift was ready to take me to the park. I highly recommand this B&B!
